1. To defend and preserve the culture of the Upyreshi along with the sovereignty of every individual Upyre to be and do as they will against such foes embodied as Islam and Rome.

  2. To take up the quest of the Knights Templar for the true secrets of the Levant and thus restore the tribes of the Upyreshi to their glory through the gnosis of the Nephilim.

  3. To support and build up Upyre works in the mundane world allowing Upyreshi to support one another apart from the mundane world.

  4. To use the arts mystical, martial and magickal to make the most of life in the mundane world and in other realms of the multiverse.

  5. To perfect immortality through the spiritualization of the flesh by feeding one’s Beast enacting the predatory nature of the race.

  6. To master the nature of what it is to be an Upyre and advance not only the use of one’s innate powers but also the use of the three types of the arts.

  7. To maintain the Clan and its individual Houses in the Great War against all foes with the understanding that the foe of one is the foe of all.

These are the seven protocols of Clan Dracul as agreed upon by the four founding Houses of the Clan. Each of these protocols is synced with one of the seven heads of Lotan, the serpent or dragon of old known in the lore of Enoch as Tolocvovim and to Cabala as Ha-Samael. The emphasis on defense is an ode to the martial nature of the historical Ordo Draconis which is aimed at allowing Upyreshi individually and collectively to be and do as they will according to one’s own nature. The pursuit of the secrets of the Levant via the Nephilim is aimed at freeing the Upyreshi from the archetypes of the vampire as developed by humans. The immortality through the spiritualization of the flesh evokes the links between the Upyre race and alchemy seen in the legend of the Scholomance as well as being symbolized by the Grail and its link to blood. The call to support Upyreshi in the mundane world is aimed at the Clan having enough mundane wealth and influence to balance the esoteric and historical lore had by the Clan so that the Clan need not fear the mundane world and its system.

The aim of the Clan Dracul is for Upyre freedom from tyranny and for the Upyreshi to have sovereignty over the world as the world applies to the members of Clan Dracul while allowing others to be and do as they will. It is the cause of Clan Dracul to exalt Upyre nature and see those humans which have made themselves prey be kept and treated as the herd they are. The Clan Dracul in being aware of the Great War understands also that the best way to overcome this struggle is to control one’s own evolution and advancement rather than by engaging in overt conflict. The Upyreshi have tribes and nations as well as lineages on the Earth but they are one race with one ultimate source which is both spiritual and biological. It must be understood that every member of every House in Clan Dracul is a member of both their own House and the collective Clan. To be a member of Clan Dracul a House must pursue each in their way all seven of these protocols and the rest of the Clan in its overall pursuit of these goals. The seven protocols of Clan Dracul are aimed at seeing the Houses of the Clan accepted as the leaders of the race as a whole by the race as a whole based on what members do and have over other Upyreshi marking the Dracul as the elite of the race. The goals of Clan Dracul and their benefits belong not to one House but rather all in Clan Dracul.
